DOCUMENT CONTROL ENGINEER
This role is accountable and responsible to manage Division business process and document control and Business Continuity Plan (BCP). This person will also support Foundry Quality enabling more solid Foundry business continuity.
Functions:
 Establish and maitain and improve MOSFET Division Business Continuity Program; enable automation and most efficient process and system for BCP;
 Manage BCP documentation and follow-up process;
 Support Divsiion on Foundry Quality activities, which include BCP, QMS alignment check and document simplifications
Level of Responsibility and decision making authority:
 Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for the occasional deviation from accepted practice;
 Takes ownership of the process and takes initiatives when necessary.
Experience
1-4 years of expereince in Semiconductor, working knowledge with business process and program mangement, good working skills using industry software such as WORD, EXCEL, ADOBE ACROBAT Programs; business continuity plan (BCP) practical expereince and automotive semiconductor experience (AEC, ISO 9001, IATF-16949 are a plus but not necessary
Education
Graduatre of Bachelor of Science in any engineering field
Special Requirements/Conditions (overtime, travel, physical requirements, etc) :
Willing to work odd shifts to enable coverage of global teams in different time zones, some international travel when the conditions
