About the role:
As a CSR, you will provide outstanding customer service by answering queries and providing assistance to the customers over the phone.

Job Requirements:
- Completed 2 years in college
- Minimum of 3 years BPO work experience
- At least 1 year and 6 months of pure sales experience (inbound/outbound)
- Preferably 6 months of B2B sales experience
- Account management experience is a plus
- Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
- Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
- Familiarity with online advertising products and services
