The DME billing Team Lead is responsible for providing leadership, communication, and motivation while supervising the day-to-day functions of the Revenue Cycle team. You will be instrumental in hiring and building our Manila team. To start, you will be responsible for communicating with insurance companies regarding claims and may have some communication with patients and medical professionals. Your goal will be to ensure that all submitted claims are accurate and contain all the necessary paperwork to reduce the number of rejections and follow-up on unpaid / denied claims and submit appeals where necessary.

Job Details:
DME billing Team Lead
Work from home
Monday to Friday | 11 PM to 8 AM
Responsibilities:
Manage daily team performance
Lead staff to be focused and motivated in working towards goals/KPI
Assist in the recruitment process
Ensure Quality of work performed by Staff through training and mentoring
Conduct Regular Staff meetings to communicate results, build company culture and gather issues
Ensure Compliance with Payors Guidelines
Check and Correct relevant codes
Submit and follow up on claims in a timely manner
Post account charges and payments
Process claims denials and insurance appeals
Handle patient collection calls
Resolve unpaid Claims and Denials
Monitor Accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Provide feedback to and collaborate with the Client on challenges and opportunities to improve processes and systems.
Qualifications:
At Least 5 years' Experience in Medical Billing
At least 3 years' Experience Managing a team
Experience with DME Billing (Nice to have)
Good Grasp of Medicare billing procedures
Experience with one or more Clearing Houses
Experience handling primary and secondary commercial payers
Good English Communication Skills
