DIY SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts roving at the entire DIY area to ensure that all customers are being assisted and that items are updated accordingly.
Monitors Purchase Orders (PO), stock transfers, and customer orders.
Designates and supervises his subordinates to their respective areas and addresses their concerns.
Conducts monitoring of product availability and proper merchandise display.
Helps, drives, motivates, and encourages retails sales staff to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
A graduate of BS-Business Administration or any related course.
At least 1-3 years of work experience in a Supervisory capacity preferably in the retail industry
Keen on details and highly organized
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making
Good leadership skills and excellent customer relations skills
Knowledgeable in SAP is a PLUS
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
