DIY MANAGER - RETAIL STORE
Duties and Responsibilities
Leads and manages DIY sales team to ensure actualization of sales target.
Organizes and monitors proper inventory management of items (i.e., fast- and slow-moving items)
Strives to improve the over-all performance of the store through sales turnover, conversion rate of foot traffic to basket value of transaction, customer satisfaction and retention.
Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve optimum sales performance.
Qualifications:
A graduate of any Business- or Marketing and Sales-related course
At least 5 years of sales experience
Very good leadership skills
Excellent customer relations and negotiation skills
