RUSTAN COMMERCIAL CORPORATION IS LOOKING FOR
DIT/RECEIVING SUPERVISOR - RCC CEBU
 
JOB PURPOSE
The position will directly report to the DIT Receiving Manager under the Store Operations Division. The position also shall be responsible for supervising workers who confirm and record the receipt of shipments, prepare items for shipping, and load and unload trucks. And also responsible for the inter-departmental transport of materials.
 
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
A. RECEIVING AND DISTRIBUTION
1. Receives deliveries and checks against supporting documents.
2. Set up delivery schedules and coordinate physical transportation of merchandise to ensure efficient and timely distribution.
B. CYCLE COUNT
1. Coordinates cycle count requirements and schedules.
2. Monitors cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure consistency and integrity.
C. JDA
1. Responsible for reinforcement of JDA policies and procedures within assigned store location; reports non-compliance.
2. Oversees accurate transaction execution; monitors and communicates discrepancies 3. Attends to inquiries and verifications on inventory transactions.
D. DOCUMENTATION
1. Obtains and validates documents to support questionable inventory transactions and erroneous sales entries.
2. Monitors manual documents used during offline events and oversees the conversion of documents when online operations resume.
E. REPORTS
1. Generates and supplies appropriate daily, and weekly reports as required.
F. ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Resolves technical, service, and support problems; escalates issues outside of the unit when assistance is required.
2. Provide leadership, counsel, motivation, and constructive performance reviews to staff
 
JOB SPECIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree graduate with equivalent years' experience with evidence of exceptional ability
Leadership experience in a logistics role is required, with front-line supervision preferred
4 to 5 years of work experience or its equivalent
