To Qualify:
Candidate has a good understanding of the Dermatology or Respiratory Market
Has worked in the same field of Products Managing or Handling
Previous work experience should be in Pharmaceutical Industry in Dermatology/ Respiratory Line
Has experience in ethical promotion, hospital tenders and hospital inclusion for dermatology line
Team player and must have performed well in past
Good relation with KOLs
With excellent Analytical, Presentation and Interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Setting up team goals, such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring the implementation of marketing strategy, managing sales, and overseeing the hiring, and training
Guide and consult with key accounts, and sales team, in the specialized area.
Master product and disease area knowledge; coach the team on the same.
Complete all reporting and administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
Territories:
Central Luzon
North GMA
