Focusing on Operations only, oversees the administration of the Distributor's Office including the following: a) manages the total distribution team,
b) defines and maintains administrative and operational work procedures and processes,
c) oversees the day-to-day operations, and
d) provides backup support to the Supervisor for Logistics and Key Sales Personnel.
He/She helps in creating a strong, positive public image for the organization.
