JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for ensuring the attainment of sales target and improvement of Distribution in assigned area, through effective business presentation and negotiation involving sales and product display, merchandising, promotions, and business building programs.
Maintains and develops distributors in the territory
Analyzes sell in and sell out of distributors and implement key strategies including sales and marketing programs to achieve growth targets
Maintains and develops specific key accounts in the territory
Achievement of Sales Target
Responsible for inventory and accounts management
Execution of RD programs
With good written and oral communication skills
Computer Literate
Driving Skills
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
At least 5 years' of sales experience in the FMCG industry
Good speaking & written command of the English language.
Showcases passion, leadership and achievements in your previous academic or professional careers.
Strong organizational & analytical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
