Job Description
The opportunity
The Distribution Licensing Specialist II is for ensuring timely and accurate processing of license applications and renewals within his/her area she/he is assigned to.
Responsibilities
Provides assistance to the assigned area and agents/leaders in the submission of contracting/licensing documents of recruits.
Assess the completeness and correctness of the submitted contracting and licensing application of recruits.
Encodes, review and submits the license application of recruits to the Regulator (Insurance Commission) on a timely basis.
Process license renewals of agents due for license renewals.
Validates and Process Agency Movements in the system. Agency Movements includes agency promotions, demotions, transfers, reactivation and terminations.
Provides assistance in the certification request of Agents
Process clearance request of separated agents.
Handling and Attending to various inquiries (via call or email) from Secretaries, Agency Leaders, Agents and SMTs.
Prepare various manpower reports to be released to the Agency.

The candidate will be reporting to the Head of Licensing and Benefits. She will be able contribute in the growth in the licensed manpower of the company.
What we are looking for
With 2 years experience as a Licensing Officer in the Insurance Industry
Has the ability to assist agents/leaders and SMTs to complete any licensing transactions
Be able to identify problems with written documentation and find solutions for any licensing concerns
Has proven computer skills (proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint) including a working knowledge of databases
Can respond to request for information in a timely manner and work well in a team environment
