-Investigate, identify, and remediate complex issues involving cross-departmental knowledge of Operations and Finance
-Communicate and collaborate with clients and other departments regarding disputed and unresolved billing, system, operational and technical issues
What you'll do at Insight
-Responsibility for client dispute resolution within a designated territory
-Empowered to research, document and adjust internal/external errors related to billing
-Use root cause analysis to determine ongoing challenges and resolve with cross-departmental
-collaboration at point of entry
-Research unresolved billing to identify issues preventing payment
-Propose and implement solutions to complex issues
-Provide excellent internal/external customer service
-Work with clients to understand challenges and own process through resolution
-Keep detailed record of ongoing efforts and outcomes
-Collaborate with other departments to identify problems and resolve
-Organization and ongoing follow up related to assigned action items
-Contact partners and carriers to resolve incomplete product returns
-Facilitate communication between sales, finance, operations, and clients
What you'll need to join Insight
-College education preferred.
-Two years of previous collections related experience required and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/ professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations
-Ability to write basic reports and business correspondence.
-Must possess the ability to effectively present information and communicate, both orally and in written form, with clients and fellow Insight teammates
-Must possess basic knowledge of Collection laws and procedures
-Ability to develop rapport with client AP contacts and respective sales teams
-Dispute resolution issues are generally more complex and require strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Will be required to propose and implement solutions
-Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a specified time frame
-Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and internal departments
-Must meet SLA's (Service Level Agreements)
with sales and clients
