This role involves handling calls, booking loads, monitoring driver movements, and ensuring timely deliveries. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong communication skills, and are experienced with US trucking operations and dispatch systems.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls from drivers, brokers, and customers.Book appointments and secure loads using load boards.Monitor driver locations and provide ETA updates every 3 hours.Escalate and communicate delays, breakdowns, or issues promptly.Provide chat and administrative support during assigned shifts.Ensure on-time deliveries and maintain excellent customer communication.RequirementsQualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a dispatching or logistics coordination role.Experience working in the US trucking/logistics industry.Proficient with dispatch software and load boards.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsWhy Join Us?
