Provide general support and assistance in the coordination of pick up transactions and ZGC transfers to ensure timely, complete and accurate release and endorsement of items to customers and other authorized parties. In addition, the position is also tasked to perform general administrative and customer service duties in the reception area.
Essential Functions:
Assist in ensuring accurate and complete release of all orders for pickup transactions and transfers by monitoring and proper coordination, documentation and processing of pick up and transfer transactions.
Coordinate the schedule and processing of orders for pick up and transfers to ensure that items and documents are prepared and ready for release upon arrival of customer.
Collect and organize all documents needed for pickup and transfer transactions which include but not limited to the following:
- Sales Invoice, DCR, CR, Pick up slip and Authorization letter
Endorse/ send sales documents to respective section/ department upon completion of pickup and/or transfer transaction.
·Handle, coordinate and ensure resolution of any discrepancy related to pick-up and ZGC transfer transaction/s following the set SOP's and guidelines.
Minimum qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 2 years relevant work experience in logistics, warehousing and supply chain
Required skills:
Customer service oriented

Basic mathematics
Digital skills
Keenness to details
Interpersonal skill
Coordination and clerical skill
