Job Summary
Responsible for the proper loading and unloading of stocks/materials, to and from transport facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
DAILY
Log all incoming Job Orders; generate daily dispatch report.
Log all finished goods return from production process.
Check the clearances of all materials for dispatch.
Check all outgoing materials; bring JO's to Accounting for DR preparation.
Received all incoming F/G and hardware's as well as office supplies.
WEEKLY
Dispatched report generation.
Hardware stock position reports generation.
MONTHLY
Dispatch Report.
Request materials for crating.
Qualification
Graduate of any 4 years' course
At least 1-year experience as dispatch clerk
Must be well equipped in MS Office
Knowledgeable in Dispatching and route planning
