DISBURSEMENT OFFICER
Job Duties:
Responsible for preparation of checks for all payments including the issuance of BIR Form 2307
Responsible for monitoring and tracking of all check vouchers.
Coordinate with Purchaser for any lacking attachments upon payment requisition.
Responsible of filing audited check vouchers.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree or at least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Accounts Payable and Disbursement
Required Skill(s): Check Preparation, Disbursement, Accounts Payable and has the ability to Manage Filing System
Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and applications if possible
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Detail-oriented with a good sense of judgment to general journal entries
Has maturity to deal with different types of people and situation
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
