We are looking for a Director of Security.
As a Director of Security, we rely on you to:
Coordinate, plan, organize, mainten and supervise of all aspects of operation in the Resort's Security Department for the security and safety of its property, employees and guests.
Develop and implement a strategy that demonstrates the processes in understanding the nature and probability of catastrophic and significant security risk events
Detail plans to prevent and prepare for an adverse event, and cover continuity of business operations
Supervises and coordinates all activities of security personnel assigned in the different areas of responsibility inside and / or outside the Resort and organizes an intelligence network among the Security personnel and personnel of the Resort.
Coordinates with the appropriate government agencies relating to Security in resolving and/or addressing issues of the operations
We are looking for someone who:
Fully understands hotel Security operations
Has previous experience in a similar capacity, preferably from a luxury hotel
Must be detail-focused and safety-oriented
Has high proficiency in both written and verbal English (and the local language)
Has strong interpersonal skills
Continuously looks for ways to develop themselves as well as others
Is an approachable, helpful and trustworthy leader
Leads by example
Has no fear of new challenges
