Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in hotel management or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Minimum five-year experience in a similar role / capacity.
Exposure to 5-star luxury hotel environment preferred.
Culturally sensitive and able to able to work with a multicultural team,
Caribbean experience and previous hotel openings are added bonuses.
Able to drive with passion and lead with inspiration.
About Rosewood Little Dix Bay
With a history stretching back over 50 years, and sitting on 500 acres of lush grounds, the newly renovated Rosewood Little Dix Bay will feature 80 guest rooms and suites, situated within steps of the beautiful crescent shaped beach and bay. 11 hillside villas feature spectacular views across the resort and bay. Three restaurants, including the iconic Pavilion with conical roofs that is a landmark on the island of Virgin Gorda, will offer our guests a variety of cuisine and will include vegetables and herbs from our own Chef's Garden.
The swimming pool set amongst the landscape grounds allows guests the choice of poolside relaxation as well as beachside. Sense, A Rosewood Spa, with its 12 treatment rooms with cliff top patios will have breathtaking views across the Sir Francis Drake Channel. The Great Room will offer guests access to a library, games and large screen television. Our boutique will offer a mixture of delicate fabrics and bright resort wear by both international and local designers.
