Primary Responsibilities:
§ Help the CIO define, document and educate Cebu Pacific on the IT Strategy and align this to the business strategy.
§ Lead the program to develop, maintain and govern the Enterprise Architecture (EA) across the Cebu Pacific.
§ Define and review the Enterprise Architecture process and lead the integration of those processes within the related business and IT processes.
§ Architect system and solution designs using the latest technology trends that meet the needs of Cebu Pacific using cost effective, scalable technology solutions according to business needs.
§ Manage & motivate the team of Enterprise and Solution architects within the function to ensure maximum collaboration and alignment to sound, simple and effective working practices.
§ Define and document all integrations between the systems and defining the framework and boundaries from within which the Solutions Architects can work.
§ Document all systems in a professional tool that can be used to interrogate in the event of systems change or outage to assess the impact of changing / losing a system.
§ Work together with the whole architecture team to ensure that systems are architected correctly and can support all domain within Cebu Pacific
Basic Qualifications:
§ Must have a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Networking or related discipline.
§ Should have at least 8-10 years of work experience related to Enterprise Architecture and strategy definition.
§ Should be familiar with Data Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Service Delivery, etc.
§ Should have at least 5 years of experience in managing a team.
Note: This role will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
