About MatchMove:

One should be interested in solving challenges of delivering a multi-tenanted portal to solve common payments needs of our customers. Would need to have inquisitiveness to delve into analytics to make sure that the customer needs are getting addressed while ensuring a best in class user interface gets delivered to the end users.
About the Job:
We are looking for Business Development Director who is excited to generate new business prospects in the local market and regional markets by cultivating their existing networks and/or building new ones by offering FinTech solutions to other businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, identify and implement business development opportunities and strategies.
Generate leads through personal network and contact research to expand pipeline through new connections.
Prepare and conduct sales pitch, deck, deal negotiations and closures.
Lead and build strong business and strategic relationships between the company, regulators and partners.
Responsible for growing volumes and revenues through effective pitch, marketing, research and product definitions.
Develop in-depth knowledge and provide feedback and inputs to HQ to modify or develop new guidelines, pricing or product enhancements to cater to market needs.
Monitor competition activities and recommend appropriate action.
Support and manage incoming projects and coordinate with HQ on project requirements.
Meeting or exceeding business objectives and implement action plan for achieving company/country/individual targets.
Update and maintain clients' records in a CRM tool.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 to 12 years of sales/business development experience in the ePayment/Fintech industry.
Proven B2B sales track record in acquiring new clients and possess wide business network of financial services/lending and corporate clients.
Strong in management, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of payments, networks and/or the prepaid/payments product.
Effective in the matrix structure and able to use informal networks within to achieve results.
Strong in communication, self-driven and ability to work in an agile environment.
