DINING SUPERVISOR
 
Job Description:
Oversees the operation to ensure that we provide an exemplary and delightful dining experience to our valued customers through strict implementation of the key points of service. Responsible for achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related course
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proven work experience as Dining Supervisor or a similar position for at least 1-2 years in the hospitality industry
Can work under pressure and with less supervision
Proactive and Customer-Oriented Service Mindset
Ability to handle and resolve Customer complaints
Highly organized and Detail-oriented
With strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel and Flexible in any shift
