To provide good overall customer service; from welcoming customers down to serving food
Present menus and perform suggestive selling
Take food & beverage orders from customers
Entertain customer questions/concerns
Carry trays of food & beverage from kitchen to dining
Prepare checks and take payments from customers
Competencies
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related courses
With experience in Food & Beverage Service is a plus
Has idea in basic customer service
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Willing to work night shift
