We are looking for a Dimensional Stone Drafter to join our growing team in the Philippines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate residential, digital template information into shop drawings via AutoCAD.
Strong communication skills with office, shop, and field personnel.
Utilize industry specific job management software.
Prior manufacturing/construction experience is preferred.
Draft accurate, orderly, readable drawings to be sent for review by customers.
Systems perspective relative to job processes.
Mechanical ability and understanding of engineering principle.
Make changes to technical drafts based on the recommendations of the project architects, contractors and clients.
Calculate the dimensions and material requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have high quality dimensional stone AutoCAD drafting skills.
Must have experience working for a marble subcontractor.
Bachelor's degree in the related field is required.
With 4-7 years of dimensional stone drafting experience in production, factory, and environment related to the construction industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
Effective time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Familiarity with construction practices, costs and procedures.
Fluent in Microsoft Office products.
Philippine Nationals only.
While the role is remote based, the candidate must be living in the Philippines.
Bilingual skills in English and Filipino are required.
