Job Description
Installing and maintaining computer hardware, including desktop computers, laptops, servers, printers, routers, and switches
Recovering data from damaged hard drives or other storage devices
Installing computer software applications such as word processing and accounting programs
Maintaining computer networks by performing tasks such as adding new users or devices to the network or removing obsolete devices from the network
Troubleshooting computers by identifying and resolving software or hardware problems with computers or networks
Providing technical support for computer users by answering questions about how to use a computer or peripheral device
Installing computer equipment in offices or facilities where technology support is needed.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
