JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead generation is an important activity that influences the success of the company’s field sales team. Digital Sales Executive contacts prospects who have responded to an advertising, direct marketing campaigns or have visited the company website. He/she may also propose and execute digital campaigns that will help in lead generation.
The Digital Sales Executive likewise generate and update customer information as part of the company’s customer database.
The Digital Sales Executive ask the prospects qualifying questions about their interest in company’s products/services to determine how likely they are to buy. They pass the qualified leads to field sales managers as per company’s Sales Process. This increases the numbers ofquality sales leads and enables sales managers to focus on selling.
This is a full-time salaried position and reports to the Managers for Sales and Marketing. Sales Commission shall be subject to sales goals vs. actual.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Key Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-selling or telemarketing.
• Knowledge of relevant software/technologies pertinent to driving successful lead generation and sales.
• Must have a good command of English language
• Must have a pleasant speaking voice
Skills:
• At least two years in tele-sales/tele-marketing with work experience
• Experience and understanding in generating leads via social media
• Ability to understand business and marketing goals & objectives and how to translate those into tele-selling strategies.
• A team player and must have a positive and collaborative personality; strong attention to detail; excels at building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Graduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
