We are on the hunt for a highly creative and experienced Digital Project Manager/Digital Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Project Manager/Digital Producer, you will be responsible for working with your team to facilitate an amazing client experience for the customers in your portfolio. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be managing ongoing tasks for your clients, while up-skilling and collaborating with your team. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the leading brands in the industry and learn about eCommerce strategies at that level of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Account Director, Operations Manager, and our eCommerce consulting team to develop strategies for leading brands assisting in improvements in their digital eco-systems.
Work closely with the development and design team to ensure that tasks and projects are meeting the timeline and budget.
Clear and professional communication is the backbone of this role.

Shift time:

7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Manila Time, Monday to Friday (Work from Home)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years as a Digital Producer/Account Manager/Digital Project Manager.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and multi-task well.
An empathetic individual with the ability to communicate well to a broad range of personalities with an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Experience in digital production/account management or assisting in production for websites from requirements gathering through to launch (completion) is highly regarded.
Understanding/awareness of general knowledge in Digital Marketing.
Understand the client's journey and conversion funnel for eCommerce.
Liaise with client project stakeholders and internal teams and manage the digital project lifecycle for key clients and deliver to scope, time and budget.
Convert client brief/requirements into project specifications and define estimates with the Production teams (Creative and Development)
Create and provide ongoing management of Project Plans and Project Status Reports is highly regarded.
Regular reporting to client stakeholders as well as internal senior management.
Resource planning to required resources to deliver the project.
Work collaboratively with other Digital producers and Team Leads on the team when required.
