Job Description:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans that expand Shopee's digital product base through competitor check, demand analysis and surveys
Work with internal stakeholders to identify key growth opportunities through acquisition and partnership
Monitor and present to management: project updates, performance updates and acquisition plans
Direct the team on contract reviews, negotiations and in managing internal and external stakeholders
Build, lead, mentor, coach and monitor performance of high performing individuals on executing growth plans
Requirements:
At least Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
At least 5 years experience in Acquisition and Account Management related role
Successful previous experience as a business development/account manager or team lead, consistently meeting project timeline/deadline and exceeding targets
Strong Project Management skills and attention to detail
Strong business sense and industry expertise ideally on digital services
Currently or previously in a management or leadership position with excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Excellent negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills
