Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Social Lead to plan and execute paid strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and other media buys for digital placements
- Prepare and implement day-to-day digital media plans and oversee campaign management with assigned accounts
- Provide media planning recommendations and offer inventive problem-solving, both internally and externally, while maintaining a successful vendor, client and cross-department relationships
- Develop strategically-proven media recommendations with supporting rationale
- Lead buy stewardship, analyze campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to improve campaign performance
- Assist in analysis of research to develop strategies and tactics
- Researches and compiles competitive data
- Stay up to date on algorithm changes and best practices on paid advertising placements
Qualifications:
- Has more than 2 years of media planning experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics setup and metrics
- Strong Powerpoint/ Keynote presentation skills - ability to build visual presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Prior knowledge and experience of the digital marketing ecosystem
- Strong understanding of paid social, digital video and basic programmatic ads
- Meticulous, organized, can handle and knows how to prioritize multiple tasks
- Willingness to collaborate on ideas that extend beyond media-specific tasks
- Self-starter, able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Willing to work in Taguig
- Willing to start ASAP
