Permanent WFH (Part Time - Night Shift) - Digital Marketing Specialist/Campaign Manager
Qualifications:
Understanding of working with ad agencies and digital media (Google Keyword Planner, overseeing buildout of landing pages, creatives, ad copy development for Google, Meta, TikTok)
We are seeking someone with experience and the ability to optimize and streamline processes. This entails enhancing internal and external (client-facing) experiences to ensure smoother transitions from pre-launch to post-launch of campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and highly responsive during working hours.
Available to work part-time (4 hours per day, 5 days a week) during Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Strong time management and tracking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive. Ability to work independently with little direction
Familiarity with organizational tools such as Trello, Slack, ClickUp, Gantt, and CRM for company and campaign management
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for proposals and presentation development
Research skills, including advertiser and competitor research using Google, SEMrush
Nice to Have:
Creative development experience, including HTML5 banners for paid media campaigns
Video editing and creation skills for digital campaigns, including closed captioning and royalty-free music beds
Experience with funnel systems
Bookkeeping (QuickBooks) and managing financial systems
Proficiency in HubSpot
