Core Functions Include:
• Execution of paid social and high-value PPC campaigns
• Design and deployment of advanced digital strategies such as LSAs, Google Shopping, and PMax
• Development of custom digital solutions including funnel builds, political compliance, and marketplace media
• Creation of business intelligence assets including dashboards, CRM matchbacks, and attribution models
• Collaborative, cross-functional support model to flex team resources across demand
spikes
The team is supported by a fractional creative/development resource for landing page builds, tracking infrastructure, and technical deployment of assets
 
Qualifications:
At least 2 yrs of experience in digital marketing strategy, analytics, performance marketing, or advanced campaign management, preferably with exposure to high-value or Select-tier client accounts.
Strong expertise across multiple digital channels, including SEM/PPC, paid social, programmatic, display/video, SEO, CRO, and other performance marketing channels.
Demonstrated ability to plan, launch, optimize, and report on advanced digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Experience with business intelligence, CRM systems, attribution reporting, dashboards, and advanced reporting tools.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret campaign and client performance data into actionable insights.
Ability to support custom digital solutions, including funnels, landing pages, CRM integrations, attribution models, and multi-platform campaign strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills, campaign expertise, data fluency, and the ability to collaborate across sales, client success, operations, creative, development, and BI teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-value initiatives and support non-standard client requests.
