Digital Marketing Strategist
We need hardworking and passionate individuals to Join our growing team!
AYO AYO is a hostel and Sauna Cafe located in Guadalupe, Cebu City, Philippines, owned and operated by Jam House Guest House & Cafe that serves delectable Japanese-Filipino fusion food. It is also a backpacker hostel that provides shared-living accommodation and soon we will offer a Health and Wellness facility which is the AYO-AYO SAUNA.
Our ideal Staff must be:
Graduate of Marketing or any related field.
Undergraduates with experience are welcome
Professional and personal experience working with all major social platforms.
Strong knowledge and application of organic social strategy including content strategy, analytics and reporting, and channel optimization.
Experience in executing paid social media campaigns
Knowledge of effective social media techniques
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Prior experience handling social media accounts.
Strong abilities in digital marketing tactics
Strong English writing skills with ability to produce compelling copy
Full understanding of all social media platforms
Smart and open-minded, willing to learn new culture.
Problem solving skills
Analytical
Detail-oriented
Collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Publishes ads on various online channels
Use Google Analytics and other tools to track website statistics
Publishes social media posts on the right platforms
Observes online marketing trends and takes advantage of them.
Develops the right copy to increase conversion rates
Create , monitor and analyze FB Ads, Google Adwords, PPC and or any digital media campaigns of the company
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
Define most important social media KPIs.
Salary commensurate depending on experience.
