This role combines paid advertising, website and funnel management, graphic design, and video content creation - perfect for someone who thrives in both the analytical and artistic sides of digital marketing.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to maximize ROAS.
Manage and update websites, funnels, and CRMs using HighLevel (GoHighLevel) for seamless customer journeys.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword research to refine ad targeting and messaging.
Design eye-catching graphics and edit engaging short-form videos for social media and ad campaigns.
Maintain tracking integrations (Pixel, Google Tag) and produce weekly performance reports.
Provide admin and campaign support, including automations, email management, and data tracking.
RequirementsQualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta + Google).
Proficient in HighLevel (GoHighLevel) - a must for website, funnel, and CRM management.
Skilled in graphic design (Canva or Adobe Suite) and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush/Pro).
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely on an Australian schedule.
Bonus: Experience in creative industries such as dance, arts, or education.
