Responsibilities
Manage website content through CMS platform
Audit and test product websites to identify and solve bugs and issues
Document processes and changes
Suggest improvements on website usability and user experience
Support customer service team updating processes, content and QA
Participate to the reporting & monitoring on campaigns
Requirements
Fluent in English - mandatory; French and/or Dutch desirable
A keen interested in digital marketing, with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and the use of digital resources (CMS, Jira, Confluence)
Excellent attention to detail, accurate and organized
Be comfortable working with deadlines and manage different tasks at the same time
Be proactive and responsible
An enthusiastic and bright individual
Willing to work on any shift.
Willing to work on Hybrid set-up.
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
