Oversee the digital marketing and social media strategies for the loyalty program
Create strategies to drive online traffic to the website
Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Track conversion rates and optimize the website
Utilize techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
Manage and protect online brand and product campaigns especially by affiliates/partners
Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Mass Communication and other relevant courses
Has at least 5 years relevant experience in digital marketing and social media management
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.)
Working knowledge of ad serving experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords
Must be highly creative, has strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive knowledge of the principles of direct and email marketing
Familiar with loyalty program
