Duties and Responsibilities:
• Idea generation for new marketing strategies
• Prepare Marketing proposals
• Manage and execute the social media posting plan
• Social Media management (control of the brand)
• Create, launch and analyse Social Media campaigns
• Facebook marketing to create and run KPI driven ad campaigns
• Edit and proofread content
• Set up email campaigns/EDMs
• Reporting on marketing effectiveness
• Assess the business and target market and propose Digital Marketing strategies that will align with the set goals
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to effectively deliver, manage and report on digital and social marketing campaigns
• CRM management
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Marketing or related
• 1 to 2 years of relevant and proven Digital work experience applying market strategy and reporting marketing metrics
• Proven experience applying marketing strategy and reporting marketing metrics
• Social Media management experience
• Experience in managing and running Marketing campaigns
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Knowledge in Shopify CRM
• Familiar with Google Docs, Dropbox, Slack, Mailchimp
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong work ethic
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
• Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
