Qualification and Experience
Graduate with previous experience in a similar marketing role
2-3 years' experience in the related field
Experience of e-commerce launch and management
Prior experience in FMCG, retail, cosmetics/beauty industry preferred.
Confident and outgoing personality.
Excellent attention to detail; well organized and self-motivated.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
Sound understanding of marketing principles
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Adobe PhotoShop
Strong administration and organizational skills.
Skill Sets
Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to derive meaning from marketing data
