WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Promet Source is looking for a creative Digital Marketing Coordinator. Working closely with our Marketing team to support the strategy and tools of all campaign efforts, you will assist in the optimization of Promet's digital experiences. The position is available to Philippine applicants, preferably Cebu-based.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how online interactions can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy, with solid writing and editing skills. This position will assist in managing the CRM, web, email, search (SEM), and social channel portfolios for prospects and users.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Campaigns:
Support email marketing initiatives to include automation workflow setup, segmentation, testing, and launch.
Perform data hygiene activities to ensure clean and effective email marketing lists and CRM data (i.e. de-duplicating, cross-referencing against other data sources, etc.)
Development of CRM forms and email templates.
Assist with CRM administration.
Website:
Supporting the team in general as we release new website/app features and content.
Assist with the coordination of web lead sources and CRM integrations. (i.e. contact forms, chatbots, etc.)
Events:
Event coordination assistance for in-person and virtual events.
Coordination of event materials and submissions.
Assist with the coordination of presenters and post-event data.
Social Media:
Manage tools and compile KPIs and reporting for Social Media channels.
Maintain a social media calendar and coordinate social requests and needs.
Publishing of content on social media channels and groups.
Video editing and publishing for socials and various video media.
Other Activities:
Assist with the coordination of the award submissions and schedule.
Support client feedback and referral activities i.e. NPS, reviews, etc.
Qualifications:
Stay current on email marketing/digital marketing trends and best practices for proper forms, templates and data management
Experience using automated email marketing tools and strategies
Experience with effective deployment of UTM's is preferred
CRM use and familiarity, preferably Salesforce/Pardot
Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal team members
Must be proactive and work with operational efficiency always in mind
Have the initiative to take tasks and run with them for efficiency and effectiveness.
2+ years experience working in a digital marketing role or other relevant position
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications or other relevant subjects
English competency is a must. Solid written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties.
Proven experience managing social media & community management.
Experience with paid social advertising
Experience with or is willing to learn to write social media copy
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and identify when assistance is needed and seek help from appropriate parties
Experience with video creation/editing is a plus, Camtasia preferred
