WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Promet Source is looking for a creative Digital Marketing Coordinator. Working closely with our Marketing team to support the strategy and tools of all campaign efforts, you will assist in the optimization of Promet's digital experiences. The position is available to Philippine applicants, preferably Cebu-based.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy, with solid writing and editing skills, and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns. This position will assist in managing the CRM, web, email, search (SEM and SEO), and social channel portfolios for both prospects and users.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Campaigns:
Email marketing initiatives to include segmentation, testing, and campaign analysis.
Development of new campaign journeys in Pardot.
QA CRM lists data such as de-duplicating, cross-referencing against other data sources and marketing automation workflows.
Campaign performance KPIs and reporting.
Website:
Tracking SEO and Google Analytics data.
Supporting the team in general as we release new website/app features and content.
Performing A/B, website usability, and website conversion rate testing.
Creating templates to be used for blogs, newsletters, direct emails and other in-bound marketing activities.
Performing necessary web updates and edits.
Event:
Event planning and coordination.
Creation of event material, communication to network and post-event communication.
Coordination of presenters, post-event communication.
Social Media:
Managing tools and compiling KIP's and reporting for Social Media channels.
Publishing of content on social media channels and groups.
Qualifications:
Stay current on email marketing/digital marketing trends and best practices for proper form and templates
Experience using automated email marketing tools and strategies
CRM use and familiarity, preferably Salesforce
CMS editing skills preferably Drupal but other CMS experience would be considered
Experience in landing page development Pardot, Unbounce or other
Experience with Google Analytics
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices including measurement, KPI's, etc.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal team members
2+ years' experience of working on digital marketing role or other relevant position
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications or other relevant subjects
English competency is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - demonstrated ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties
Proven experience managing social media & community management.
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and to identify when assistance is needed and seek help from appropriate parties
