Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the digital media presence of the client across key platforms and to assist with the digital marketing activities in both the local (Australian) and international markets. This is a full-time role that will work across several channels encompassing digital, social media & minor graphic design. We are looking for someone who has comprehensive digital marketing experience and is results-driven.
Objectives of this Role
• Ensure all digital marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content and lead generation
• Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
• Support the maintenance and development of internal systems, programs and tools, including multiple databases, tracking capability and outcomes
• Further knowledge and education regularly through research and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team
Key Responsibilities
• Working with the Marketing Manager to coordinate the daily activation of digital marketing activities and campaigns
• Website CMS maintenance and monitoring (including SEO)
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin) and/or display advertising campaigns
• Has solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.)
• Has working knowledge of ad serving experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords
• Schedule, post & advertise via social media to the appropriate channel and audience
• Source, schedule & report on paid digital advertising & retargeting campaigns
• Schedule, develop & report on EDM campaigns using Mailchimp and database management
• Fortnightly & monthly marketing reporting across all digital channels
• Minor graphic design updates to print material and online content
• Liaising with third party suppliers and agents
• Investigating and recommending new marketing opportunities
Required Experience
• Marketing or related tertiary qualifications
• Up to three (3) years in strategic or digital marketing
• Experience using CMS platforms, Google Sheets & Mailchimp
• Social Media content development and publishing
• Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords.
• Response driven direct marketing
• Project management
• Process improvement
