Job description
Position: Digital Marketer / Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The Digital Marketer / Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. You will manage mostly business related tasks for the team such as organizing travel and accommodation, paying personal stuffs, and organizing the manager's personal commitments.
The ideal candidate is highly self- motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
*Dealing with Social Media Includes: Instagram, facebook, twitter & google. System is set and approved pictures filed. design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.
*Respond to online reviews on yelp, google, trip advisor, facebook, enter into spreadsheet on dropbox, and send out to corresponding location leadership team
*Marketing Orders:Place online collateral orders as requested through our online portal that we already have set up
*Conference Planning:Power Point Presentation Data Input
*Hiring Ads:Posting hiring ads to 86network (online) as requested
*Receipt Entry:Enter invoices/receipts into our online portal that is already created
Set up and entering store information into new account forms, including sensitive information (cc auths, etc)
Book travel (includes sensitive information: banking info)
Entering rant and raves into already created spreadsheet, and follow ups with leadership to make sure they have been closed
Reviewing spreadsheets and updating staff, sending out anniversaries to leadership
Emergency Contact List
Updating and reviewing quarterly, Staff Memos & Emails
Creating staff memos and emails and sending out to corresponding staff
Tech Support: Following up with vendors on certain preventative maintenance measures
- Handling personal tasks such as typing and compiling paperwork, and paying bills
- Collating and filing expenses
- Check all mails that are being delivered
- Coordinating with the vendors
- E-Mail Management and Calendar Management
- Booking appointments and giving out reminders
- Making travel arrangements such as booking tickets and hotels. Car and restaurant reservations.
- Company Conferences / Event Planning
- Must have extensive experience using Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, WhatsApp
- Organizing the manager's personal commitments

Qualifications:
- At least 1-year of work experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent Microsoft and Google Suite knowledge
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
- Experience in exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
