Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the marketing team
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
• Conduct market research and analyze marketing surveys when needed
• Work closely with the team and join brainstorming sessions to come up with new and creative growth strategies
• Manage and execute provided digital marketing and social media campaigns and posting plan
• Assist in employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages
• Send email marketing campaigns - putting campaign together including building data lists
• Update databases, spreadsheets, and other CRM
• Assist in preparing promotional presentations and reports
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Publish content and other updates in website
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Marketing or related
• At least 2 years of Digital Marketing experience
• Has all round Digital Market experience - but particularly in social media and sending email campaigns
• B2B Marketing experience for an AU, US or UK company
• Good understanding of reporting marketing metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Honest, reliable with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a team
• Ability to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ideally with good experience using an email program to send customer newsletters (including building the lists), along with running social media campaigns - both on company pages and paid social campaigns
