Conducting online market, brand and industry research
Utilising various online research methods and techniques while using free and paid research tools
Mining, analysis and generating insights from various forms of digital data including but not limited to search and social media
Research of new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Market Research
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Research, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Skilled in MS Office, with high proficiency in MS Excel
Basic Photoshop skill is required
Preferably less than 1 year experience, specialized in Research, Market Research, Advertising and Media Planning or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and has strong attention to detail
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Knowledge and experience in online research, deployment of various research methods, techniques, and tools
Understanding of various online media and data sources
Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
