Position Overview:
 
As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing and impactful digital marketing assets, with a specific focus on EDM campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to design, develop, and implement engaging digital content that helps to support our campaigns, drive customer engagement and deliver measurable results.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop eye-catching EDM templates, layouts, and graphics that align with client branding and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative visual concepts for EDM campaigns or other digital channels.
Create compelling visual content, including graphics, illustrations, images, and animations, to enhance the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns or other digital channels.
Utilize industry-standard software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to design and produce high-quality EDM assets.
Ensure all EDM designs are optimized for various email clients and devices, maintaining consistency and responsiveness across different platforms.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies related to graphic design and EDM development.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive digital marketing strategies that integrate EDM campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with brand guidelines and industry standards.
Monitor EDM campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns and improve overall results.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in EDM design and development.
Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Marketing Automation Platforms like HubSpot or similar.
Solid understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and responsive design techniques.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for EDM development and customization.
Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, trends, and strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
