2 Statistics Life 2022 Based on New Business Annual Premium Equivalent
This is an 18-month rotational programme comprised of three 6-month rotations across different functions. You'll be working in a range of fields, applying your skills and expertise to a variety of projects. When you can demonstrate you have what it takes, you may have the opportunity to spend your second or third rotation in one of our other businesses across Asia. Following the 18 months, you'll have the opportunity to progress to ongoing roles. This opportunity will be based on your interests as well as the needs of FWD's business.

Identifying market opportunities through research and SWOT analysis
Managing some of our greenfield digital projects
Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders on how to improve operations and maximize digital way of working
Jumping in on ad hoc duties and responsibilities when they arise such as digital online conferences, POC testing, A/B testing from various digital platforms
The experience and background we're looking for
The following are the essentials:
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must + 1 additional language preferred
Preferably, you have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. But if you don't, then show us your interest in this area through previous internships or work experience
Relevant work experience is also highly desirable
