JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: A software company that offers project management, augmentation for their clients.
Duties:
Create/update customer profiles, company profiles, and webcast landing pages.
Collaborates with internal groups
Troubleshoots and facilitates the resolution of technical and data issues and/or inquiries
Communicates client feedback, high-level issues, and recommendations internally Monitors Webcast success metrics including registrants and attendees
Proactively communicates potential challenges & opportunities with clients and management
Develops a working knowledge of all products and services
Maximizes the use of technology and tools
Knowing Webcast and Virtual Event platform and tools inside and out to provide training and technical support to customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
2 years of experience in a client success role
2 years of administrative and process skills
Willing to work in Cebu City
Can start as soon as possible
Experience using customer relationship databases
