Properly tag digital assets following SBU and GMB rules with timeliness, consistency and accuracy Ensure all assets have proper documentation, including any applicable IP Rights Documents based on information and files provided by in-scope Market Submit tagged assets to DAM Librarian for validation and publishing Properly escalate any DAM-related system issues in the event of exceptional cases to relevant resolution groups Constant interaction with Market Partners regarding the Tagging and Validation process for Marketing Assets Regularly update measures related to timeliness and accuracy of tagging based on Measures definition Update Standard Routines based on necessity (by periodic timeline or immediately depending on urgency) Identify any improvement areas as necessary and propose related NCE initiatives Coordinate process improvements to align with concerned stakeholders What will make you successful Bachelor's degree graduate preferably in Business or Marketing Interest and knowledge in digital media Good project management and planning skills Must be able to build credibility with business managers and strong professional relationship with customers Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Able to quickly understand brand channels and positioning Able to multi-task Excellent follow-through for in-scope activities Very organized Commitment to continuous learning
