Job Description:
Monitor quality issues
Review repeated repair rate cases
Ensure all new models are inspected base on function and features
Report quality issues for new model if available
Re-checking of return unit in warehouse base on RRR data
Support any dealer and marketing event
Can do field support if no training activities
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course or 2-year Technical-Vocational course; NC II certified
Must have customer service and good communication skills
With extensive experience in consumer product repair, setting and features
Must have good computer skills especially with MS office applications
With driving skills is preferred
Willing to work overtime including weekend

Minimum education level: Vocational
