As our Digital AI Application & Data Innovation Lead, you will co-lead the experimentation engine that powers both GlobeOne and GOMO's growth loops - turning engagement data into decision-ready insights, behavioral diagnostics, and AI-personalized lifecycle strategies.
You'll partner with Growth Managers, and our Applied Behavioral Scientists to uncover what drives adoption, stickiness, and monetization - and build the AI-backed tools and intelligent triggers that deliver measurable lift across every user journey.

If you think in models, design experiments, and build with system-level scale in mind, we'd love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Behavior ModelingDiagnose friction and habit drop-offs by analyzing digital behavioral data across both apps.Translate growth levers into quantitative models to identify where to intervene - and why it matters.Co-create segmentation frameworks (e.g., activation cohorts, journey states) used by Growth Architects and Growth Marketing teams.Digital AI & Data ActivationWork with our AI and CEP stack (e.g., OfferFit, Snowflake, Braze) to personalize app experiences based on behavior, preferences, and telco data.Embed predictive triggers and nudges into lifecycle journeys - from app opens to top-ups and high-stakes drop-offs.Experimentation & Learning LoopsDesign and evaluate A/B tests that uncover root causes of low retention, conversion, or engagement.Identify "growth truths" beyond statistical wins - using experimentation to drive insight generation, not just performance lifts.Strategic StorytellingTurn insight into business decisions - not noise.
