DIFFERENTIAL BILLING LINEMAN
(BILLING SERVICES DEPARTMENT)
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 2 or 3-year technical courses or any 5-year Electrical-related courses;
With at least 1-2 years of driving experience on 4-wheeled manual transmission vehicle;
Must be a holder of a professional driver’s license codes 1 and 2
With knowledge on Basic Electricity Theories
Must be courteous and customer service oriented
Job function:
Responsible in attending to and resolving of differential billing cases, meter, secondary and service line related to pilferage, requests and complaints.
