About the role
The DieBond Sustaining Process Enineer will handle the front of line processes for Die Attach / Cap Attach
What you will do
24x7 line support for assembly process and manufacturing issues
Lead entire Customer Audits/ Visits process, customer complaint 8D, internal audit and Corrective Actions closure.
Perform DOE for continuous improvement and implementation / proliferation.
Handshake improvement projects from Process Engineering and NPI.
Ensure plant yield meets the RFF target through Yield improvement, LOH reduction and scrap control.
What you will need
BS Engineering Graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, ECE)
5 years of Experience in the same industry and process
Problem Solving
FMEA & Control Plan
Statistics Tools
Assembly Process Knowledge
Assembly Equipment Knowledge
Material Characteristics
Design Rules & Assembly Drawings
Process Characterization & DOE
Manufacturing System
