The DevOps Engineer shall establish an environment where more reliable applications are released in an efficient and timely manner.
Supports and troubleshoots both the manual and automated deployment of our products, both on-premise and in the cloud
Encourages and builds automated processes wherever possible
Owns, supports and maintains our CI/CD pipeline and servers
Architects, builds and maintains cost-efficient and scalable cloud solutions and deployment strategies
Keeps cloud environments secure, preventing downtime or security breaches
Supports development and QA teams across various projects to satisfy their day to day needs
Effectively communicates with internal stakeholders (development teams, deployment managers, product managers) to provide support, visibility and raise potential issues
Proven experience with CI/CD frameworks (Jenkins in particular)
Proven experience with Docker
Proven experience supporting applications in multiple environments/settings
Proven experience deploying and supporting applications in the cloud
Ability to converse fluently in English (native, bilingual or advanced)
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
